Remodeling vs. New Construction

It is not uncommon that we hear that a client was told by another builder or architect, “Just tear it down.” Prior to calling us. We disagree with this stance. Often we can fulfill the desired outcome of our client’s, while preserving original elements of a home without starting over. For instance, we have recently added second stories to homes while keeping the same footprint on their lots to give them more space. We have even built some custom cabinetry in a kitchen out of salvaged materials from the demolition process.

Additions

Sometimes there just isn’t enough room and the only answer is to add on. Additions are dance of integrating something new to something existing and making it work. Working in smaller lots around Bozeman, often times we go up instead of out to fit the addition within the City’s setbacks for your lot size.

Cabinetry

With a complete wood shop to create in, we love making custom pieces of furniture quality cabinets for our clients to use and display in their homes. From custom distressed cabinetry, to hall trees, barn doors and dining room tables- cabinetry is one of our favorite parts of projects.
